Despatch and Delivery Information

Despatch:

Orders placed before 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday are typically despatched the same day, or the next working day if received over a weekend or bank holiday.

Deliveries are handled by national courier services operating on tight schedules. While we make every effort to accommodate reasonable delivery instructions, we are unable to:

  • Call ahead of delivery
  • Place goods in specific locations
  • Deliver to a secondary address if no one is available to receive the parcel

As long as the delivery address includes the billing address of your payment card, we can ship to any address as outlined in the Delivery Charges section below.

Delivery:

Delivery charges are automatically calculated at checkout, based on your postcode and the size and contents of your order. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or shipping agent addresses.

To ensure efficient delivery, your order may arrive in multiple consignments, possibly from different couriers.

We typically use overnight couriers for next working day delivery, but please allow 2 – 3 working days as all delivery times are subject to courier availability and stock levels.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We cannot guarantee specific time slots.

All deliveries must be signed for. Your receipt will be enclosed with the goods — we recommend keeping it in a safe place.

Important:

  • Do not schedule any work until your full order has been delivered and inspected.
  • Check all items upon receipt.
  • Any shortages, damages, or errors must be reported within 2 days of delivery by emailing sales@drainagefittingsonline.co.uk.

We strive to meet all delivery estimates; however, time of delivery is not guaranteed and we accept no liability for losses due to late delivery, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Whilst we make every reasonable effort to adhere to delivery dates, time of delivery shall not be of the essence. Drainage Fittings Online shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by you or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. All risk in the goods shall pass from Drainage Fittings Online to you upon delivery.

Kindly note that delivery charges apply to all soakaway crate deals. The applicable fee will be calculated and added during the checkout process.

  • Orders under £70.00 + VAT: £8.79 + VAT
  • Orders over £70.00 + VAT: Free Delivery*

Region 2:

Delivery may take up to 5 working days and may not qualify for free delivery. A surcharge will apply.

Region 2 includes (but is not limited to):

  • Scottish Islands & Highlands
  • Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles
  • Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey)
  • Grampians and certain remote postcodes (see full list below)

We do not ship to Northern Ireland (BT postcodes) at this time. For any queries, please contact us.

We do NOT have any control over these surcharges. We simply pass on the surcharge from our dedicated carriers.

Force Majeure

Drainage Fittings Online will not be liable for any delays in delivering your goods, or for any damage or defect caused to your goods where such delay, damage, or defect results from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control.

Returns

If you wish to return a product purchased from Drainage Fittings Online then you have 10 days from the receipt of goods to let us know you wish to return something. After this time no returns will be accepted. You will then have 28 days to return the items to us. Please email us at sales@drainagefittingsonline.co.uk to confirm your order number and the reason for the return.

The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us. For non-stock items that have been ordered especially for you, it may not be possible to return the goods or we may need to implement a re-stocking charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and any necessary documents.

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

Any Products returned to us by yourself because of incorrect goods being ordered, or the products not being required, you will receive a full refund less the cost of any carriage charges that we will have incurred.

Once the goods have been received back we will check them for their merchantable quality and take them back into stock or make contact with you if there is a problem.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
