We purchase in bulk from reputable UK and European manufacturers, thereby enabling a cost saving for our customers.
Is there a minimum order value?
There’s no minimum order value. However, orders under £70.00 (excluding VAT) will incur a standard carriage charge.
Delivery is free for orders over £70.00 (ex. VAT), subject to postcode exclusions listed on our Delivery Charges page.

Are my personal and payment details secure?
Yes, absolutely. Payments are processed securely via Stripe Checkout or PayPal, both of which are trusted leaders in online payment security. Your details are never shared with third parties.
Are the products you sell good quality?
Yes, we only supply high-quality products from leading manufacturers in the UK and Europe. All items are produced in ISO 9001-accredited facilities and conform to relevant UK standards such as British Standard, BBA, and WRAS approvals.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes. During checkout, you can enter a separate delivery address, different from your billing address, if needed.
When will my order be despatched?
We will endeavour to despatch goods the same day if ordered before 2.00pm on any working day. However during busy periods this may take up to 48hrs.
Orders placed at the weekend or on Bank Holidays will be despatched on the next working day.
How will my order be delivered?
Orders are delivered by FedEx, Royal Mail, or another trusted courier, depending on the order size and destination.
How is my order packaged?
All items are securely packaged in durable cardboard boxes. A delivery note and any relevant promotional materials will be included.
Is a signature required on delivery?
Yes, a signature is normally required. If no one is available, the courier may leave the parcel in a secure location. However, we cannot accept liability for loss or damage to unsigned deliveries.
What if I ordered the wrong item(s)?

Do you offer discounts on large orders?
