Cancelling Your Order

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been despatched, please use the contact form on our website or email us directly at sales@drainagefittingsonline.co.uk.

  • No charges will apply for cancellations made prior to despatch.
  • If you’ve already paid, you will receive a full refund for the cancelled goods.
  • If your order has already been despatched, cancellation may still be possible, but a fee may apply.

Returning an Item

We hope you’re completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you need to return an item, please notify us within 10 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

  • In a resalable condition
  • Sent back with original packaging, accessories, and documentation

For non-stock or special-order items, returns may not be accepted, or a re-stocking fee may apply. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If the return is due to a faulty product, your refund will include any applicable delivery charges.

If you are returning an item because you ordered incorrectly or no longer need it, you will receive a full refund minus any carriage charges that Drainage Fittings Online have incurred.

Once your return is received, we will inspect the goods and either:

  • Process your refund, or
  • Contact you if there are any issues with the returned items

This returns policy does not affect your statutory or legal rights.
